About us
In 1949, Stefan Keller founded the company of "FILIGRANBAU Stefan Keller GmbH" now operating as FILIGRAN Trägersysteme GmbH & Co. KG. This is also the year when he patented his FILIGRAN structures. In 1949 the first truss lattice girders and lattice girder manufacturing machines were developed and patented.
In 1951, the precast concrete unit and beam-block floor were patented and introduced to the market.
Between 1960-1965 the FILIGRAN floor slab was developed and marketed.
In the years between 1970 and 1975 the FILIGRAN wall was developed and introduced to the market. Since then, the FILIGRAN structure has established itself in many parts of Western Europe and is still being developed.
We marked our presence also in the markets of Latin America and Australia. After the fall of the Berlin wall we introduced our technology to the eastern part of Germany to reach a 75% share in the residential building floor market.
The preparation of the FILIGRAN system to enter the markets of Poland and the then Czechoslovakia took place in 1990 to 1993.
In 1994 the first German-Polish joint venture was established, followed by the foundation of FILIGRAN Sp. z o.o. in 1995.
Since 2006 the seat of our company has been in Herby near Częstochowa.

Our objective is the production of high-quality lattice girders, cold rolled steel coils and reinforcement rebar reliably and on time.
Together with our partners and customers we want to be a success not only in Poland but also abroad. Therefore, we offer much more than “just” steel and girders.
We have received numerous certificates which are available at the request of our customers. Those certificates ensure uniform, high quality standards of Filigran, bothin Poland and Europe.
We assist our customers in marketing of FILIGRAN type structures and support them in designing FILIGRAN-based buildings. In other words, the success of our customers is also our success and therefore we do our best to ensure our customers’ success.
